EBM4G was a project of the AVANZA plan, which, in its initial phase, was aimed at acquiring the development capacity and know-how on vital technical, regulatory and market aspects for addressing the design of 4G multi-standard base station radio equipment, aimed always at IMT-ADVANCED technologies (802.16m or LTE). The project was coordinated by Albentia and the consortium consisted of Albentia, Tradia UPM and Carlos III University.
