DONDE was a project of the AVANZA plan, coordinated by Retevision, with the principal aim of creating an Advanced Management and Communication Platform integrating intelligent visualisation and location systems, to automatically detect incidents on the road network and in urban settings and with the aim of offering new services to improve road safety and that of individuals.
The consortium was comprised of Solusoft, Carlos III University Madrid and Retevision.
