Connectivity in underground transport systems

We have implemented the critical communications network and we manage the connectivity project on Line 9 of the Barcelona metro, a complex project designed for a large line: more than 47 km of tunnels, 50 stations, 2 train sheds, a workshop area… Find out the technology that supports these connections and allows us to always have connectivity underground.

The number of train passengers will increase by 30 percent in the next twenty years. This means that more passengers will require mobile coverage and internet access on trains. This project achieves two things: it creates an important condition for running more trains and ensures that all those people have even better mobile coverage.
