Cellnex integrates the social action initiatives previously managed by its Foundation

The aim is to strengthen the international impact of its social action across the 10 countries in which it operates, while aligning it with the Group’s ESG strategy

Barcelona, 23 September 2025.- All social action initiatives will now be managed within Cellnex’s Public and Corporate Affairs operations, in coordination with the People department to further promote corporate volunteering, and within the framework of the company’s ESG strategic plan. The Cellnex Foundation will cease its activities, and its current structure and all related operations will be fully integrated into the company.

With this decision, Cellnex aims to achieve greater alignment between its industrial operations and their positive impact on the communities across the ten countries in which it operates. At the same time, the company will redefine its entire social action policy to ensure it is aligned with the ESG master plan and with new trends and social needs in areas such as connectivity, digital rights, and the reduction of the social gap resulting from the uneven adoption of digitalization and Artificial Intelligence.

Cellnex has always expressed its strong commitment to continue creating environmental, social, and economic value to contribute to the progress and well-being of the communities and countries in which it operates. This is achieved through the construction and maintenance of resilient, sustainable telecommunications infrastructure, ensuring safe access for workers and protecting the environment and its biodiversity.

The company will continue to advance on its path towards sustainability, working closely with its stakeholders to achieve its objectives and contribute to global well-being. This strategy is aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and the 2030 Agenda.

The integration of the Foundation’s current social mission into the company’s operations marks another step in Cellnex’s commitment to aligning its industrial activity with a positive social impact.
