Justin Berger joined Cellnex in March 2026 as Managing Director of Cellnex Nordics, where he leads the subsidiaries in Sweden and Denmark into their next phase of growth and diversification. Prior to joining Cellnex, Justin held several senior leadership positions at Boldyn Networks, a global digital infrastructure player, where he was last Group Chief Strategy Officer and general Manager for Europe. Kenneth Grønborg

Kenneth Grønborg is the Country Head of Site Management in Denmark, and works closely with Country Head of Technical Operations and Managing Director in relation to securing and expanding the Danish site portfolio and is also supporting the Danish Commercial Department on identifying new areas of business. He has an extensive background within Site Acquisition and Site Management, both in Denmark and abroad. Rasmus Ellitsgaard

Rasmus Ellitsgaard is the Country Head of the Technical Operations department in Cellnex Denmark. He joined Cellnex Denmark in late 2020, as part of the acquisition from Hi3G Denmark, where he has been employed since 2011 as Senior Site Engineer, associated i.e. with Macro Site rollout and several Joint operator projects as the Copenhagen Metro DAS Network deployment. In total he has been working within the Telecom sector more than twenty years, and has, throughout his employment at different contractors,...
