Alfonso Alvarez is the CEO of Cellnex Iberia (Spain and Portugal). He had different positions at Cellnex Telecom since 2001 and played an active role in its international expansion, with roles as Corporate Director of TIS, Deputy Managing Director at Cellnex Italy and Cellnex UK and Managing Director at Cellnex UK till 2023. José María Pérez Ruano is Cellnex Spain Country Operations Director and he leads all the technical areas in the country: engineering, network provision and operation centers, third-party networks and all field networks. He is a Senior Telecommunications Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Valencia with an Advanced Management Program from IE Business School. He started his professional career in Cellnex (then Retevision) in 1999 as part of the transport provision area, and later becoming Head of Territorial Operations in Extremadura... Rocío de la Torre López is the People & Organization Director at Cellnex Spain. She has extensive professional experience in the People field developed in the automotive, flexible packaging and medical diagnostics sectors, having worked at companies such as Valeo, Ficosa International, Poligal and SYNLAB. Joan Cervera Martínez

Joan Cervera Martínez is Cellnex Spain Country Commercial Director. His professional career started in 2000 at Endesa Telecom Engineering and it has been focused mainly on management and telecom infrastructures. He was an Infrastructure Project Manager at CTTI (Generalitat de Catalunya) and Director of Operations and Infrastructures at (XOC) Xarxa Oberta de Catalunya, later becoming its Managing Director. He is a Senior Telecommunications Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC), with a Master degree in Telecommunication Networks and Services... Eduardo García Merat

Eduardo García Merat is Cellnex Spain Country Economic and Management Control Director, and a board member of Metrocall and Cellnex UK. He has a degree and an MBA from ESADE. Later he achieved all three levels of the Official Spanish Institute of Accounts Auditors at Barcelona’s Institute of Accounts Auditors. All his professional career has focused on finance, starting in 2002 as an auditor at KPMG and later joining Abertis Telecom in 2006, where he worked as Head of Consolidation... He participated in Cellnex Telecom’s IPO in 2014, and was appointed as Cellnex Italy’s Head of Economic and Management Control in 2015, as part of the team that integrated Italy in the Cellnex group, while becoming a board member of Cellnex Italy, Galata and Commscon until 2018, when he joined Cellnex Spain.

Alberto Burgués García

Alberto Burgués García is the Country Head of Legal and Regulatory Affairs at Cellnex Spain, and his responsibilities focus on leading the country’s LEGAL area in all its aspects. He studied Law at the University of Barcelona and obtained a Master’s Degree in Telecommunications Law from La Salle. He began his professional career in 1998 advising on the privatization of the Centre de Telecomunicacions de la Generalitat de Catalunya, which resulted in the incorporation of what is now Tradia Telecom... Raúl González Rubia is the Strategy & Transformation Director at Cellnex Spain. He has more than 20 years of experience in telecommunications infrastructures, with a focus on strategy, business development, and corporate operations in different markets. At Cellnex Telecom, he has led global business development functions and has contributed to strengthening the company’s pan European leadership through M&A and strategic alliances, combining financial discipline and results orientation. Jordi Sanchis i Domènech

Jordi Sanchis i Domènech is the Country Site Management Director at Cellnex Spain. In this role, he leads and coordinates all activities related to site and landlord management, contract negotiation, relations with Public Administration, as well as regulatory compliance and the obtaining of permits and licences. He holds a Law Degree from the University of Barcelona. Jordi joined Cellnex through Tradia in 2000 and, since then, has been part of the company’s growth and consolidation processes in Spain.
