Federico Protto

Federico Protto is the CEO Cellnex Italia and the CEO of Alpine Cluster (Italy, Switzerland and Austria) of Cellnex Telecom. He has an extensive experience working with leading telecommunications service providers and enterprises across the world. Among others, he has been the General Manager at Intred (as from December 2023 ), CEO and General Manager at Retelit (2015-2023) and Vice President at T-Systems International (2010-2015). He also worked as Head of Technical Services and the Italian Outsourcing Center at TIM... [+] (1994-1999), Director of Service Delivery for Southern Europe at Verizon (1999-2002) and Head of Telecommunications Business Unit at T-systems Italia (2002-2010). He holds a degree in Electronical Engineering from the University Politecnico di Milano, a Master in Information and Communications Technology from Cefriel (Politecnico di Milano), and an MBA from SDA Bocconi (Bocconi University). He graduated cum laude in all the aforementioned degrees and masters.

Laura Mancuso

Laura Mancuso is the People & Organization Director of Cellnex Italia and Alpine Cluster (Italy, Switzerland and Austria). With a degree in Corporate and Institutional Communication, she starts her carrier in an English company focusing in recruiting and Talent Management. She was hired in Wind Telecomunicazioni in 1999 where she became responsible for the company Technical Training and then HR Business Partner of Technology Department. In 2014 she joins the Galata Project that will lead in 2015 to the company... [+] branch transfer from Wind and to the born of Cellnex Italia, managing since the beginning the Human Resources Department, General Services, Organization, Sustainability and Certifications.

Christoph Suckow

Christoph Suckow is the CFO of Cellnex Italia and the Alpine Cluster (Italy, Switzerland and Austria). Previously he was the Cellnex Finance Lead of Switzerland, Austria, Denmark and Sweden. Chris joined Cellnex in 2020 after many years of experience in a variety of industries like banking, tourism and infrastructure. He comes with several finance degrees and a wealth of international experience across European countries.

Gherardo Zei

Gherardo Zei, graduated in Law at University of Rome “La Sapienza”, has worked in the Atlantia Group since 1987, most recently as "Sales and Contracts" Manager of TowerCo. In 2014, following the acquisition of TowerCo, he joined Cellnex Italia where he currently holds the position of “Legal and Regulatory Affairs” Director and Sole Director of TowerCo. He is, also, President of Federmanager Rome, member of the National Governing Body of Federmanager, Director of the magazine “Professione Manager” and Head of... [+] the Delegation in charge to deal the new National Employment Contract of Managers. Journalist enrolled in the Order of Journalists of Lazio, he has been writing since 1995 for a monthly magazine that deals with diving.

Alessandro Prosdocimo

Alessandro Prosdocimo, graduated in electronic engineering at University of Padua subsequently achieved a Master of business Administration at EADA (Barcelona). For over 25 years in the Telecommunication sector he started his career working in Ericsson Telecomunicazioni S.p.A. having managerial roles of increasing responsibility in Italy and others Mediterranean countries. He has accompanied the birth and the development of some of the most important network operators of the European market. He joined the Cellnex Group in 2018 in the Italian Operations... Mauro Cantina, with a degree in Economics, has perfected his knowledge of the telecommunications world at the Reiss Romoli school in L'Aquila, where he was also a lecturer. He has been the CEO, since its birth, of Wind Tre's towercompany, CK Hutchison Networks Italia, a company that became part of the Cellnex group in July 2021. He started his career in 1987, at Telecom Italia, first in IT and then in Network, holding both technical and PMO positions. In 1998... [+] he joined the newly founded Wind, a company born from the joint venture between Enel, Deutsche Telekom and France Telecom, as Head of Technology PMO, where he oversaw the implementation of the network and services of the new telephone operator. Antonella Lucci

Antonella Lucci is the Head of Internal Audit & Risk Control in Cellnex Italia. She joined Cellnex in 2017 with the responsibility to develop the Internal Audit model, to assess the adequacy of the internal controls and to validate the risk management model. Antonella began her experience in the telecommunications sector in 1999 in Wind Telecomunicazioni, with the position of Internal Auditor, in the period 2001-2017.
