He graduated from Warsaw School of Economics, Warsaw University of Technology, University of Minnesota and INSEAD.

Jacek Niewęgłowski

Jacek Niewęgłowski has over 25 years of executive and professional experience within the mobile industry. From 2005 until 2019 he held the position of Chief Strategy Officer of Play. Prior to Play he served in executive positions with numerous Polish fixed line and cable TV operators. Until 2000 he served as Network Development Director of Era GSM, where he was responsible for network design, engineering and operations. He also represented Nokia in international standardization activities of ITU standardization activities as well as during creation of the MPEG-4 standard. She is a seasoned M&A, corporate and commercial lawyer, with more than 15 years of professional carrier in international law offices (CMS and PwC) and with MNO inhouse lawyer experience accrued as a member of Play’s legal team.
