Marco Patuano

CEO

Marco Patuano is the company’s top-ranking executive. He has more than 25 years of experience at TIM (Italy) including as Group CEO (2011-2016), Chief Commercial Officer-CCO (2009-2010) and CFO (2008-2009). His career has spanned a number of markets in both Europe and Latin America. His directorateships have also included Autogrill, Atlantia, GSM Association (GSMA), Utenti Pubblicita Associati and WAC Ltd, among others. Marco Patuano holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy.

Anne Bouverot

Chair of the Board of Directors of Cellnex

Anne Bouverot is the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Cellnex, having been an independent director since 2018. She built an international career in telecommunications and technology, spanning USA, Mexico, UK and France, including 20 years at Orange, before becoming Director General of the GSMA and then CEO of Morpho. She has extensive corporate governance experience, having been an independent director and chair of listed as well as private technology companies for more than 15 years, from innovative scale ups to large corporates. Anne Bouverot is a graduate of Ecole Normale Supérieure in mathematics and holds both an engineering degree in telecommunications and a PhD in artificial intelligence.

Vincent Cuvillier

Chief Strategy Officer

Vincent Cuvillier is the Chief Strategy Officer of Cellnex Telecom. Previously, he was Group Business Development and Country Coordination director (2018), Managing Director of the Cellnex France (2019) and CEO of Cellnex France Groupe (2020-2023). He was CFO of SANEF (2015-2017) and Head of M&A activities at Abertis Infraestructuras from 2008 to 2014 (2008-2014) and financial auditor at EY Luxembourg for two years. Vincent obtained a Master's degree from the IÉSEG School of Management. He is also a board member of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Paris, Chairman of IÉSEG Alumni Network and Chairman of OFITEM, the French towerco association since 2021.

Raimon Trias

Chief Financial Officer

Raimon Trias is the Chief Financial Officer of Cellnex Telecom. He has more than 20 years experience working for family businesses, private equity backed companies or with financial entities as shareholders. Among others, he has been CFO of Natra Group (2021-2023) and Nueva Pescanova Group (2016-2021). He also worked for 12 years in Celsa Group (2005-2016) holding positions of responsibility as CFO, systems and general manager of division in different countries such as Spain, the United Kingdom and Poland. He holds a Degree in Business and Administration from the University of Barcelona (UB), Advanced Management Program led by IESE and a Food Chain Companies Management Program from San Telmo Business School.

Simone Battiferri

Chief Operating Officer

Simone Battiferri is the Chief Operating Officer of Cellnex Telecom. He has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, where he has held numerous positions of responsibility. Among others, he has been CEO of Digixem360 (2022-2023), Executive Vice President of Telecom Italia (2010-2016), leading the ICT Solutions & Service Platforms Business, Business Market BU and Top Clients & Public Sector BU, Chairman of the Board of Olivetti (2014-2015) and Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Telecom Argentina (2006-2010). He also has solid experience as board member of Italian and international companies, as well as an advisor in the ICT sector to several investment funds and founder or angel of several technology startups. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Rome "La Sapienza" (Italy) and has several Executive Education Programs.

Juan Gaitan

Head of Investor Relations a

Juan Gaitan is the Head of Investor Relations at Cellnex and is responsible for the Group's relations with analysts and institutional investors, as well as its overall market communication strategy. He has been involved in a number of business development and financial areas of the Group since 2001, including M&A, financial planning, and was a member of former parent Abertis’ Investor Relations team. He became Cellnex’s Head of Investor Relations in 2014, and a member of the core team that led the company’s IPO. Juan Gaitan holds a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya, and an Executive MBA from IESE Business School.
