Daarom beschouwen we onze leveranciers als partners, met wie we hand in hand de huidige en toekomstige telecomoplossingen bouwen.
Cellnex-leveranciers moeten onze waarden en onze toewijding aan de samenleving en het milieu delen. We evalueren periodiek de mate van duurzaamheid van onze leveranciers, evenals hun impact op de klimaatverandering.

Cellnex heeft een beleid opgesteld met richtlijnen voor het inkoopproces. Wij vragen alle partners bewust te zijn van ons inkoopproces en de principes ervan te respecteren.
Sustainable procurement
At Cellnex, sustainability is a core element of our strategy and is fully integrated into our supply chain. We work collaboratively with our suppliers to promote responsible, ethical and environmentally sound practices, contributing together to long-term value creation and sustainable development.
Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) criteria are embedded across the entire supplier lifecycle—from onboarding to evaluation. All suppliers are expected to comply with our Supplier Code of Conduct and relevant policies.
Through sustainable procurement, Cellnex aims to strengthen responsible supply chains, support suppliers in their ESG journey, contribute to Scope 3 emissions reduction targets, and build long-term, transparent partnerships.
We assess and monitor supplier ESG performance through recognized partners such as Carbon-disclosure Programme (CDP), ensuring transparency in areas like environmental impact and carbon footprint. For high-impact categories, suppliers may also be required to complete specific ESG questionnaires to support a comprehensive evaluation, available at this link.
ESG requirements are embedded in sourcing processes, representing 5%-15% of supplier selection criteria. Cellnex applies a structured, risk-based approach to supplier management, considering ESG, country, sector and operational risks throughout onboarding and sourcing processes. Suppliers are categorized based on their relevance and impact, and ESG requirements—including carbon reduction commitments—are embedded in key contracts. More details at this link.
We promote continuous improvement through regular performance evaluations and on-site audits focused on ESG, quality and H&S practices. Independent audits are conducted by a third-party, which also provides reporting and follow-up on non-conformities, ensuring corrective action plans are implemented where needed.
Cellnex actively supports suppliers in strengthening their ESG capabilities through initiatives such as the UN Global Compact Sustainable Suppliers Programme. In 2026, over 500 suppliers from 17 countries have been invited, helping to drive alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals and improve overall sustainability performance.
