Pierre Blayau

Nationality: France.

Education: Graduated from the École Normale Supérieure de Saint Cloud and from the École Nationale d’Administration. He is Inspector of Finance.

Experience: He held relevant positions as CEO of Pont à Mousson (Saint-Gobain Group), PPR (now Kering), Moulinex, Geodis and Freigth SNCF. He was also member of the Board of Credit Lyonnais and Fimalac, Chair of the Board of Areva and CCR (reinsurance) and Chair of the soccer club PSG.

He is now Senior Advisor of Bain and Coupa.

Other notable positions: Chair of Harbour Conseils and Board member of Newrest.

Membership of Board Committees: Nominations, Remunerations and Sustainability Committee.
