Challenges

In order for fans and visitors to take full advantage of all Manchester City’s Etihad Stadium has to offer, they require connectivity in all parts of the stadium, from the moment they begin their journey to the moment they are leaving the premises. Fans expect to stay connected to their friends & family at all times.

Solution

In the Etihad Stadium, we have deployed a MIMO solution with 188 antennas, divided in 36 sectors all throughout the established premises for maximising mobile coverage so fans can share their favourite moments without missing a thing and operational staff can ensure everything is running as smoothly as possible.
