Compose (Collaborative Open Market to Place Objects at your Service) is a project of the European Union Seventh Framework Programme, coordinated by IBM, whose main objective is to create an open, collaborative environment for developing services for smart cities.
The collaboration consortium is comprised of IBM, CREATE-NET, Fraunhofer Institute FOKUS, the Open University (UK), BCN Supercomputing Center, INNOVA SPA, the University of Passau, U-HOPPER, W3C, BDIGITAL, EVRYTHNG and Retevision.
